The company was established in 2026 by director Ashley Ford, bringing together a leadership and engineering team with more than 18 years' combined experience in commercial electrical, mechanical and building fabric services.
We operate from Colchester with regional contact points in Chelmsford, Ipswich and London, and hold 24/7 emergency cover across our core service area. Our engineers are directly employed and managed by Delta First; vetted specialist subcontractors are used only where additional certification or capacity is required, and Delta First remains accountable for every job.

Delta First was set up to remove the gaps between trades on commercial sites. One point of contact coordinates electrical, mechanical and fabric work; statutory compliance dates are tracked for every client site and documented before deadlines; and reactive faults are handled by regionally deployed engineers rather than a national call centre.
